The Brew is an all-day café offering the fuel guests need to seize the day as well as the libations they love to wind down. In the morning, visit our outside walkup window or come inside to enjoy coffee offerings from Intelligentsia and Metropolis. In the evening, enjoy local beverages from wine, Hopewell beer, and specialty cocktails on tap from Apologue. Alive from dawn ‘till dusk, The Brew serves a thoughtful array of breakfast sandwiches, grains, and cheeseboards designed to complement our contemporary beverage offerings.

Plant Butcher is a one-stop-shop for made to order salads, freshly pressed juices, and bespoke produce. Find a new item in our produce section, but don’t know how to prepare it? Let our plant butcher chop and prep your produce for your meal.

Featuring fresh bread sliced in-house daily, The Stack Up offers handhelds, baguettes, and pressed sandwiches, as well as a daily selection of specialty soups. Our unique offerings such as the Fresh Prince of Chicago, which combines the classic Philly Cheesesteak with Chicago flavors, vegetarian Grilled Tofu Bahn Mi, and Whole Lotta Lox smoked salmon baguette, will delight the curious foodie, while mainstays like The BLT do the classics just right.

A centerpiece of warmth and activity, The Hearth features fired-to-order and ready-to-eat Bonci pizzas, rotisserie chickens, and other oven-roasted entrees, roasted fresh vegetables and curated seasonal sides. It is the ideal spot to warm up from the inside-out.

Gohan, the Japanese word for rice, is designed to celebrate this ingredient as well as the craft that has been dedicated to it for centuries. Simple, yet universally delicious, Gohan offers light & fresh rice favorites such as sushi rolls, rice bowls and poke bowls alongside a handful of other Japanese favorites like edamame and milk bread sandwiches.

Cooking and inspiration come to life at the Chefs’ Table, where culinary ambassadors from Dom’s create unique seasonal offerings and teach the community everything from how to grill the perfect steak to choosing the perfect wine pairing. Also joining our table are guest chefs from Chicago and beyond to offer up a taste of their signature styles. Guests can come for the show, grab a plate for lunch, or grab the goods to nail the recipe at home.
