The Brew is an all-day café offering the fuel guests need to seize the day as well as the libations they love to wind down. In the morning, visit our outside walkup window or come inside to enjoy coffee offerings from Hexe and Metropolis. In the evening, enjoy local beverages from wine, Hopewell beer, and specialty cocktails on tap from Koval and Espolon. Alive from dawn ‘till dusk, The Brew serves a thoughtful array of breakfast sandwiches, grains, and cheeseboards designed to complement our contemporary beverage offerings.
