Brand Story
Mason Dixie is a better-for-you baked goods brand on a mission to bring you real food made by real people. Using scratch-made ingredients, including real dairy, Mason Dixie Biscuits taste just like homemade. Started in 2014 by Ayeshah Abuelhiga after she struggled to find good, Southern homestyle cooking like her Korean mom and Palestinian dad made in their carry out store. She then opened a restaurant in D.C. where customers begged her to freeze the biscuit dough so they could make them at home. Now, years later, Mason Dixie is bringing home baked happiness to families across the country.
